Signature Yacht Shares is a division of Signature Shares, LLC which is a privately owned company founded by Matthew Condon and the Galati brothers in 2007 in Destin, Florida. It is an affiliate of Galati Yacht Sales and is in the business of selling and professionally managing a fleet of fractionally shared yachts including a 45' Viking, 58' Viking, 39' Tiara, 29' Regulator, 32' Regulator, and 32' Proline. Mr. Condon is the company's President and CEO and has been in the yacht industry since 1985 as a yacht broker, yacht captain, and most recently as the Brand Sales Manager for Galati Yacht Sales.

The Company's value proposition is you can buy into a Signature Shares yacht for a fraction of the normal cost of boating and have all the benefits of owning a yacht without any of the headaches. The company manages all aspects of the yachting experience including maintenance, repairs, and scheduling. Signature Yacht Shares' clients enjoy unlimited use of the yachts which are specially outfitted with state-of-the-art electronics and a long list of safety gear including automatic deployable life rafts and satellite tracking devices. The company's target audience extends to both ends of the experience level. The limited experienced boaters appreciate the turn-key approach, while those with extreme boating knowledge appreciate the hassle-free, cost-effective yachting experience afforded by the yacht share model.
